"This place became a life saver! We initially were booked in at Lils on the waterfront for a 2 night stay for my birthday last monday, they cancelled our booking because of flooding, but didn't bother to inform us before we travelled, so was not happy when we turned up to find it closed!...anyway we managed to get the attic room here at minster hub (room 8), it was lovely & homely, close to the minster and town center only a short walk away, and about 10 mins to train station."

The accommodation was indeed close to the city center. The bed provided warmth. I appreciated the inclusion of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The provided hairdryer was very helpful.

The noise was a distraction at TIMES. Thin walls meant hearing sounds from other rooms, including running water.

the location was a real highlight for me shops and restaurants were all nearby. the room included both wi-fi and a tv which was useful. the owner was also very helpful.

the plumbing in the bathroom was a little noisy due to the saniflo system it occasionally disrupted the otherwise peaceful nights.

the location is ideal, only a short walk from the main attractions. i found the staff to be communicative via text messages. my room was clean and included all necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. the bed felt especially cozy , and the nights were quiet.

the option of a slightly later checkout time , perhaps around 11am , would be an added bonus.
